Lightroom Quit Unexpectedly - Persistent Error

I cannot launch Lighroom on my Mac. Every time I try to launch the application I get the pop-up "Adobe Lightoom quit unexpectedly".

I have uninstalled both Lightroom and Creative Cloud and reinstalled, no change. I have changed disk permissions to read and write for all users, no change. I have tried opening the app holding down option + shift and resetting preferences, no change.

MacOS version 10.15.3.

Lightoom version 3.2.
