Lightroom randomly jumps from image to image mid editing

As i go through my photos editing, the frame will just randomly jump a few pictures before or after my current space. Its very frustrating. Any ideas what can be done about this?

In the attached clip you can see it just jumps from the red shirt football player im editing straight over to the yellow shirted played with absolutely no input from me.
This happens approx every 60-90 seconds.
