Lightroom says it can't verify my subscription status!
I purchased a new computer a few years ago (Windows 10) to replace my old one (Windows 7) And, at the time (and from time to time) I could access my old files (images) on my old computer via., Lightroom Classic Desktop. However, this time it says. " We cannot verify you subscription status!" Thus, I went online and did the following as suggested by Adobe!……
Check internet connection - Check
Un-synced my connection to the internet clock - Check
Checked up to date (paid) membership - Check
Yet, after doing these suggestions still no help or resolution!
How do fix this so I can access my old files??
