Lightroom Says Subscription Expired on All Platforms but I Have an Active CC All Apps Subscription
Hello,
I have a CC All Apps Subscription (not a Kivuto plan according to chat and Twitter support). Plan page indicated I ave access to Lightroom and Lightroom mobile:

However, when I try to access Lightroom, I get the following messages:
Online: (lightroom.adobe.com) Expired Trial

Desktop: Buy Now, click and it says "You Subscribed" (All other CC desktop apps working fine)


Mobile: Trial Expired (also having the same issue described here where I cannot restore purchases)


I had previously purchased a separate LR mobile subscription (now expired, purchased on the same account) and I am wondering if this is what the authentication server is seeing.
