Lightroom showing an error "Fatal database" while importing images and syncing

Lightroom has been loading for hours and I've uninstalled, deleted, and it's still is loading when I re-install. When I try to import it says "fatal database". I have no idea what to do

Sorry that you're getting an error "Fatal Database" while syncing from Lightroom while importing images. 

 

Which version of Lightroom are you using and what is your operating system?

 

Would you mind checking out the steps mentioned in this article https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/unable-to-move-some-photos.html and see  if that helps?
