Lightroom slideshow music not working

I cannot get the music to play in my Lightroom slideshow. I have downloaded some free music from YouTube studio. Looks like I have everything set up appropriately. It has been days of trying to make this work. Sometimes the music will play for a few frames or even a third of the way through the slideshow presentation, but then it will just stop. I have 98 photos.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is there a phone number that I can call Lightroom directly about this?  Are used to be able to talk to them in person and a technician would take me through the process. Now I cannot even find out which phone number it is, There are met so many different ones online.
