Lightroom Spot R

My spot removal/healing/cloning tool in Lightroom has not been working for a while now. I use it on a raw image or jpg and they remain completely unchanged. I have attached an image using the tool and one without to show what I mean.

    Your screenshots indicate you have set Opacity to 0. That means 0% of the heal would be shown. You need to set that at 100% to see the full effect.
