Question

Lightroom stopped working after macOS update to Monterey

Hallo zusammen,

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. Let us try to solve this issue.

Which version of Lightroom are you using? Do you see any error messages? Did you try re-installing the application?

Please try disabling your graphics processor. To turn off the GPU on a Mac, go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance and uncheck the Enable Graphics Processor box. Restart the application and see if it works.

You can try to reset the preferences of Lightroom using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2JSym5e.

Please backup your presets prior to resetting the preferences.

Also, check if you have granted the required permission to the application or not.

Steps here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-classic-discussions/quick-tips-how-to-give-full-disk-access-to-lightroom-classic-on-macos/m-p/13108639/page/9

Let us know if this helps.

Thanks.
