Lightroom Stuck Syncing Photos

Question

It's been syncing for days and is limiting what I can do (e.g. I can't add photos to an album.) It started with the most recent update. Lightroom is basically useless.

I've filtered on "sync pending" and found the 349 photos that are not syncing. I added a tag to all based on other posts I found in this forum, but it's still stuck.

Any other ideas?

I bit the bullet. I deleted all the ones stuck syncing and I am adding them back in one by one. It's taking a while to retag but it is syncing now. The people tags appeared corrupted. I wonder if that is the root cause.
