Lightroom subscription / Windows

I have adobe creative plan for a year which allows me to access the apps included in the plan. All the apps work fine except lightroom. 

It gets downloaded and when i execute the app, it asks me to purchase it, when i click on the link, it states that i have subscribed sucessfully but nothing works on the app itself. No matter how many times i try.

Can anyone help please.
