Lightroom suddenly do not read CR2 files

Hi, 

I just installed Lightroom on a new computer and had the pleasure of uploading CR2 files from my Canon 5D M3 camera this morning.  But, after beeing out for another photoshoot, LR do not read the CR2 files.

Any that have an idea what I can do?
