lightroom sync already by another computer

I am trying to sync light room, using my desktop computer as primary computer, with other secomdary computers.  However, I could not do that because it seems another computer has already done so as a primary computer. The problem is that I do not know which computer did that. Is there anyway to disable the sync by that computer? Mnay thanks! Jimmy
