Lightroom Sync between iPhone & MacBook

I have recently imported 70 RAW images into Lightroom on my iPhone 15Pro from Apple Photos and they are taking forever to sync into Lightroom on my MacBook Pro. 

Also photos I have subsequently taken in Lightroom on my iPhone are still not syncd to my MacBook. 
Why?  And how can I speed the sync up?

Lightroom on iPhone is: v9.2.2

Lightroom on MacBook is: v7.2
