Lightroom Synchronised Error

Hi there,

This is so frustrating, while my sister logins Lightroom account using her institutional adobe account using my tablet, all my pictures, edits and presets has been automatically synchronised to her account and I lost all my file from my accounts. Is this a rare case? Currently and getting frustrated, if some could able to fix this issue please let me know how to fix this problem. This is so bad.

Have you tried logging your sister's account out and logging back in with your account?

Yes, then I got realized my account is empty

If you are subscribed, can you log in at https://lightroom.adobe.com and see if your files are present in the cloud?

 

If you are not subscribed, I suspect your images are not recoverable unless you've backed up your device via a desktop computer recently.
