Lightroom throws "internal error"

Hello,

 

My Lightroom started acting weirdly out of sudden - no windows open upon launching, and most of the menu items are grayed out, and "File" menu doesn't open at all. When I press F1, I get this "internal error" message.

 

Running on macOS Big Sur, re-installing didn't help. 

 

Please help!
