Lightroom to social media dreadful…

Could someone help me please 🙏 every picture that I post from Lightroom on my iPad to any social media platform it looks sooooo bad . Out of focus, strange wavy effect in the background. So sharp & clear before they leave me then when they reach social media they are dreadful & I end up removing them before anyone sees them🙁 what am I doing wrong..my partner sends his to social media ( MAC book);and his are perfect..

    I'm sorry to hear your photos aren't uploading with the quality you expect. Could you share a bit more detail so we can figure this out together? What version of Lightroom are you using? If possible, could you share screenshots of how your photos look when you edit them versus when you post them on social media?
