Hi, @julesd34324828. I apologize for the delay, and I appreciate your patience. I have a similar machine, and here are a few things you can check:

    1. The AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D has an integrated AMD graphics adapter, which may conflict with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090. Try disabling the integrated GPU in Device Manager, or set the default GPU to the RTX 5090 by following the steps provided here:

    2. Disable G-Sync from the NVIDIA Control Panel.

    3. Temporarily disconnect any external storage devices, media devices, or phones from the machine.

Please let me know how it goes. Thank you!

I’m just adding a response to say that the issue happened again with GPU acceleration disabled.

Hey CMas, thanks for the quick answer.

I’ve only tried resetting the cache and rebooting the computer.

Here is the technical informations, although it’s in french.
I’ll try disabling the GPU for a few days and report back (the issue is not constant or direct)

    Thanks

    Hey @julesd34324828,

It sounds like this issue could be related to your GPU, but we’ll need a bit more information to better understand what’s going on.

Could you please share your system information? You can find it in Lightroom by going to Help > System Info. If you’re able to attach that to your reply, it will help us take a closer look at your setup.

In the meantime, it would be helpful to check whether the Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) is contributing to the problem. When you have a moment, try temporarily disabling the GPU and see if that changes the behavior. This guide walks you through the steps: https://adobe.ly/3Qreqwa

If you’ve already tried any troubleshooting steps, feel free to include those as well. Knowing what you’ve tested so far can help us narrow things down more quickly. Please also share any screenshots or recordings that could help us determin the issue.
