Lightroom unable to connect to server

Help, I have tried reinstalling and switching to older versions but nothing has worked.

I could only solve a similar error, although I didn't get that message, by deleting the Library file. It's best to do this if you know syncing completed or you have a back up of any recent photos you have imported.

I've done that before on another error, this is different
