Lightroom update (Lost photos and presets)

HELP...

Lightroom updated and I've lost all my presets and photos.  I now have a pages full of edititorials I can't get out of!

Your screengrab shows the Cloud Based Lightroom. If that is the application you normally use, then double check you are signed in with the correct Apple ID.

 

However, is it Lightroom Classic that you use?

See if it is installed on your PC.

 

Lightroom Classic is the traditional disc based Lightroom where photos are stored locally, not in the Cloud.
