Lightroom Upload Problems

Hi There, 

I'm having some issues with Lightroom uploads to the cloud. I am a sports and wildlife photographer and I can get my photos into Lightroom no problem, however, over the last couple of weeks, it has been taking way too long for photos to upload from the app to the cloud. I have mobile data and WiFi selected because I'm not worried about data usage and even when in full LTE coverage it can tape upwards of 2 hours to upload photos to the cloud and ONLY IF I have the app open and don't let the screen go dim. 

Have tried force closing app, deleting app and reinstalling, logging out and logging back in. I can't be the only one to have this issue am I?
