Lightroom - veröffentlichtes Album - zip-Datei fehlerhaft

Hallo!

seite geraumer Zeit schicke ich meinen Kunden Links zu deren Alben (Lr) und erlaube den JPG-Download. Das klappte bis vor etwa zwei/drei Monaten super. Doch jetzt können die Kunden nur noch einzelne Bilder herunterladen. Beim Download aller Bilder wird ja eine ZIP-Datei erzeugt, aber diese lässt sich dann nicht entpacken, ist also fehlerhaft.

Was kann ich tun?

Sorry to hear about your issue. What is the typical size of a shared album? Can you try sharing a smaller album to see if it still happens? Also, if you could share one of the problematic zip files, that would help. Please private message me.

Es ist wie verhext. Seit meinem Post funktionieren alle Downloads wieder einwandfrei. Ich melde mich einfach wieder, wenn es wieder nicht gehen sollte. Ich konnte daher keine fehlerhafte zip erstellen. Trotzdem danke für die Hilfe!
