Lightroom Video Not Exporting to IPhone

I've put a preset on a video in LR. It looks great. When I save the video to my device (am I phone) the preset doesn't save. Instead the saturation is red and completely off. This is the second time it's happened to me. 
Spent 1.5hr on the phone with LR support the first time. They said it was a glitch and I couldn't use that video. Well it's happened again. 
Very disappointing. 
Any suggestions to fix would be appreciated.
