Lightroom - Web: scrolling with touchscreen not working

Hi, when using the web version of Lightroom (lightroom.adobe.com) on a device like the Surface Pro scrolling through pictures does not work using the touchscreen. Is this a known issue that will be fixed?

i know that if you use google chrome from 2016 (portable version also) then it works no problem. I use an old portable version of chrome just for lightroom web. bit of a pain but at least it works

Still no fix for this problem after five months? In the Explore tab of Lightroom Web scrolling using the touchscreen works fine, but in the picture library it does not work at all...
