Lightroom Web Version Slowness

Hello,

Within the past week, the web version of Lightroom has become so slow that it is not usable. It used to take a few seconds for all photos to render. Now, it takes over 30 seconds. I'm using a Chromium-based browser: Edge on Windows. I have a high-end desktop with a month-old clean/new install of Windows 11 Pro and a 5080 graphics card. I have reset Edge to defaults and reinstalled Edge with no improvements. The slowness occurs on my laptop, too. I would rather not remove/import my library again or use another browser unless this is an isolated instance to me or my account. Is anyone else experiencing this slowness with Lightroom on the web with Windows using a Chromium-based browser?

Hi Rikk,

Thank you for replying and verifying that the web version of Lightroom has no known issues. My problems were related to my internal network with my new ISP. Lightroom on the Web was the only site that wasn't functioning correctly, but after revising some of my hardware network connections, I found that Lightroom on the Web started working great again.

I hope Adobe continues its efforts to improve the Lightroom web version since it is significantly more responsive and performs much better than the non-classic desktop version for Windows users. Thanks again.

There are no general issues of which we are aware.

A couple of questions from Engineering:

Is it any different in Chrome than Edge?
Are there any ad blockers or other extensions at play?
