Lightroom web won't open.

I’m getting an error page when I try to access Lightroom web via Chrome.
I subscribed to Lightroom mobile through Google Play Store about a week ago and the web version used to work fine along with the app, but I’ve been getting this error page for several days now.
I tried deleting all browing history including caches, cookies, and site data. ​I also tried using a different browser (Edge) but encountering the same problem.
When I log out of my account from the Adobe page, the page loads fine. But once I log back in, all I get is the error message.

Can anyone help me out?
