Lightroom will not open

Hi guys, im having a really strange issue. I just purchased the monthly plan for lightroom and i cant seem to open it. The process is open in task manager but the program cant be seen anywhere. Not even in system tray.

Any ides?

Lightroom 6 on windows 10 ???

The 'new' Lightroom v6.2 is only for iOS iPhones, iPads and Android devices. (Unless you are referring to the 'old' standalone Lightroom.)

For Windows PC Lightroom v4.2 is needed with either the Photography Plan (20GB) or the Lightroom Plan (1TB)

Would you mind confirming the version of Lightroom you are using along with the operating system you are running the application on?

You can try to uninstall and re-install the application to check if it helps. Also, if you are using a Windows computer, please right click on the application icon and select the option to "Run as Administrator" and check if you are able to launch the application.
