Lightroom will not open as layers in photoshop

I do not have the options to open as layers in photoshop when selecting multiple images. I have unistalled and reinstalled both programs with no success.

That option is not available in Lightroom desktop (which I assume you are using, as you posted your message in the Lightroom ecosystem forum), it is only available in Lightroom Classic.

A work-around is to open the images in Ps as separate documents - Select one in Lr and [Ctrl+Shift+E], repeat for another.

Then in Ps use the command- MENU: File > Scripts > Load Files into Stack... Choose [Add Open Files].

That option is not available in Lightroom desktop (which I assume you are using, as you posted your message in the Lightroom ecosystem forum), it is only available in Lightroom Classic.
