Lightroom won't export edits

I'm trying to export a photo that has some edits applied to it. For some reason, Lightroom won't export the photo correctly. It seems to export other photos with their edits, so I think it might just be ignoring the local saturation applied as a brush to the eyes.

The sample on the left is a TIF exported from Lightroom. The sample on the right is the screenshot of the same photo being viewed in Lightroom.
