Lightroom won't install

ive been trying to update lightroom since the latest update was released and i keep getting error 116, this error says that an antivirus is stopping it from updating however i have no antivirus installed and have diabled the firewall and firevault. 

I uninstsalled the old version thinking maybe that was it and now im losing my mind!!
