Lightroom won't open getting error 'Your trial has ended' after having subscription

Lightroom väittää, että "your trial has ended" vaikka olen tilaajana maksanut kuukausimaksut. Mistähän voi olla kysymys?

Thanks for reaching out. 

Which version of the application are you using?  Did you try logging out and relogging in? Would you mind sharing your AdobeID as DM so we can check your plan details?

You can sync photos and edits between Adobe Lightroom for mobile and the Lightroom Classic or Lightroom desktop app if you have an active subscription or trial for the Creative Cloud membership plans.

Note: If you own a version of Lightroom with a perpetual license, you will not be able to sync photos between Lightroom on your desktop and Lightroom on your mobile device.

 

We'll try to resolve this, just need a few more details.
