Lightroom won't open - keeps crashing

Hi, I have tried everything, I need help!

I cleared my entire hard drive to free up space thinking that was the issue and lo and behold, it is not. I signed out of the Cloud and restarted my computer. It won't even open, it just bounces then sends an error message saying that Lightroom quit unexpectedly.
