Lightroom won't show me any activity or notifications on the bell icon (PC Version)

Hi everyone. I'm using Lightroom's latest 4.1 version on PC and I found out that the bell activity icon won't show any activity or notifications on my published Discover files. This also happens on my mobile android version. The web version and sometimes can show me any notification about liked work or community updates from Behance I've uploaded to my profile.
