Linking lost files

Hey.

For a week I was offline and was not able to upload any pictures to the cloud. On the last day my external SSD crashed (where i kept all the originals) and altough I was able to recover all the raw files, I could not figure out, how to link them with the edits, I have done in Lightroom CC. It was quite easy in Lightroom CC classic, but I can't find the option in Lightroom CC and i would save a lot of time if i could just link them and keep the edits, what i have done turning the last week.

    If you Sync Collections from Lightroom Classic to the Cloud, then this will upload Smart Previews. You should then be able you just add Photos into the Cloud Based Lightroom CC and this would replace the Smart Preview with the Originals.

    At least that is what I think you are asking? Or did you import into the Cloud Based Lightroom CC without internet?
