Loading issue Lightroom mobile

I have been having a unusual problem since Sunday with referring to my Lightroom mobile app. I was on the phone with Adobe for 2 hours this morning trying to figure out this problem and it hasn't been resolved so I want to ask has anybody else come across this problem. 

So since Sunday any photos that I upload that sync from the computer version of Lightroom to the mobile app those photos are on a continuous loading cycle and I am on able to edit because of that but photos that I've uploaded previously before Sunday I can edit and I am able to edit photos on my slow and old computer. Also when I edit those photos on my computer the edits get transferred to the mobile app and I see them but I can't get past the loading process.

I attached a photo showing that the circle in the middle never stops going. So if you have come across this problem before please let me know how you fixed it.
