Local calatlog size

Fairly new to Lightroom currently have 1TB Adobe cloud storage using lightroom ( not classic ) i have imported and they have uploaded to the cloud (114gb) i now have a catalogue on my local drive with the same size. 

How would i keep everything on the cloud or reduce the file size.
