Local Catalog Damaged Crash - tried previously posted fix

Question

After launching Lightroom, the "Local Catalog Damaged" window opens and crashes as soom as I push OK. I am using a Surface Pro.

I have tried removing and reinstalling LR and have renamed folders in appdata. These two fixes are not working.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Please go to Help>System Info… and get us the exact installed version number of your software.
