"Locally store an album" does not appear

I'm using Adobe Lightroom on different computers with Windows 10. On one of them, when I right-click on an album, I have the option to store a local version so that I can work offline, but this doesn't happen on the other computer. Both of them have version 6.5. What could be the reason for this option not appearing on the latter one?
