Löschen von Bildern erst möglich wenn sie synchronisiert ? Ich möchte sie schon löschen bevor sie in der cloud sind, ist das irgendwie möglich ?

I am not sure I understand your question or workflow.
To see if there is a problem, I tried the following:
1. Tap the Cloud icon in Lightroom, and Pause sync. (One can also enabled Airplane Mode to stop all device networking)
2. Import 10 images from the camera roll
3. Select the same 10 images from Lightroom that were just imported
4. Empty Lightroom's trash: go into Deleted, and in the 3-dot menu select Permanently Delete All
...This allowed me to import and then delete photos without ever syncing.
If you want to import images, and them remove some of them before letting them all sync, please try my steps above.
If I am not really answering your question, could you possibly post a video of your screen showing your workflow?
