Logged Out & Lost Photos in Lightroom Mobile

Hoping someone has experienced this and can give insight! I've used Lightroom Mobile (free version) for years. Later today I went to open the app like usual on my iPhone, and immediately a message popped up that said "logging out". I logged back into my Adobe account, and all my photos were gone. I recently got a new work phone, so I checked on the work phone, and the exact same thing happened. Logged out, and when logging back in, all photos were gone. No albums, no folders, no presets. Any ideas what to do? I do not have my account linked to a Lightroom Desktop. I also still have a "Lightroom" photos folder on my phone that shows all previously exported images from Lightroom. My only thought is that I downloaded the latest version of the mobile app, and some kind of bug wiped out all my images? 

 

Anyone experience this before?

    モバイル版Lightroomを無料で使用していると、クラウドに写真データをバックアップが取れません。

    ログアウトするとLightroomから写真が消えてしまいます。

    これは仕様です。

    課金して使用するとクラウドにデータのバックアップを置くので、ログアウトしても、iPadでも、androidでも同じデータを開いてみることが出来ます。

    Thanks for the reply! So even though I did not select to log out - the app just automatically did that when I opened it up - everything is gone? I did not take these photos using the LR camera, they were all imported from my phone or Dropbox, and taking up significant space on my phones storage

      しばらく使っていなかったとか、アプリの更新があったなど、ログアウトしてしまう事があります。

      ログアウトしてしまうとLightroomに読み込んでいた写真は全てリセットされる仕様になっています。

      ログアウトしても消えないようにするには、クラウドにバックアップを取れる有料版を使用するしかありません。

      クラウドには写真のバックアップと現像設定などのカタログが保存されているので、ログアウトしても他の環境からでも同じ設定で使っていけるメリットがあります。

I recently duplicated my phone to a newer model, so I checked the newer model, and the exact same thing happened. Logged out, and when logging back in, all photos were gone. No albums, no folders, no presets. Any ideas what to do?

      p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
