Logging into lightroom on mac
So I just bought a MacBook and when I went to log into my lightroom it brought me to a page that said monthly and yearly payment. If I already have a subscription do I need to buy one on my computer as well?

It depends what type of subscription you have. You may only have a subscription for 'Mobile' devices (iPhones, iPads, Android phones).
The MacBook will require a subscription to the "Lightroom Plan 1TB" from Adobe (Or the 'all inclusive' "Photography Plans" 20GB can be limiting!) . If you contact Adobe you should be able to change your Plan.
