Login Problems

I just purchased lightroom the other night on my Macbook Pro (I have emailed confirmations and my account says the subscription is active), however when I launch the app it sends me directly to the purchasing page. The only options are to subscribe (which tells me I'm already subscribed),  restore purchase - which also doesn't work, or log out. I've logged out and back in - which also doesn't work. Can someone help?
