Long exposure mode
I am using an iPhone,but cannot find the long exposure feature!

The Long Exposure mode is a "Technology Preview" but is not available on all phones. If it's available on your particular phone model, you will find it in the Settings>Technology Previews tab and of course you would need to enable it there.
