Losing recommended presets

Anyone else keep losing the recommended presets after there's a update in LR mobile? It's just says service not available......its been happening every time there's an update

Hey, @orangetractor73. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. You have an active subscription. 

What specific Android device are you working on? 

 

Please log in to Lightroom Web and check if everything is synced to the cloud. After this, reinstall the App and check if the issue exists. The categories for Portrait, Cinematic, and skin presets are also available. The presets are available and running fine.
