Lost all edits while editing a photo

I was editing a photo on Lightroom mobile and I was in healing panel. When tapping on the check icon, something glitched and all the dots kept showing up even though I was not in the mode anymore. When I repeatedly entered the healing panel and closed it with the X, all the edits done to the photo disappeared.
