Lost all my images after upgrading my account.

Had a full creative cloud sub with uni, my uni stopped funding it so i went to a free account, ive recently upgraded to a subscription again with the same account, now all of my images are gone! Please help.

If you had/have access to your photos in the Uni plan you would Share/Export files, or use the Downloader App, to get your files into your Mac system. DOWNLOAD CLOUD PHOTOS 

Without that access you only option might be to contact Customer Support with a request for the files.

In the chat field (lower right of screen), Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chatbot.
