Lost all my photos

I went to Lr today and suddenly all the photos and my preset settings that I made and 
bought myself disappeared. Please help me get it back!

Sounds like maybe you logged in with another account.

 

You added 'MacOS' as tag, but if you mean Lightroom mobile for iOS, then there can be another explanation: if you use the free version, then your photos and presets are stored locally. If you uninstall and reinstall the app for some reason, then the uninstall will delete all data, so all photos and presets. You can only get them back by restoring the device from a backup in that case.
