LOST ALL OF MY PRESETS AND RECENTKY EDITED PHOTOS!

Hi, 

So it's been like a month since I didn't use Lightroom, and yesterday I checked my account and I realized that I had lost all of my presets that I had hardly worked on. I wasn't sure if it was a problem with the cloud sync because other photos were there (most of them really old). Therefore, I suscribed to Premium to see if could sync to the cloud again and get my presets back but that didn't work, so I canceled the suscription and I'm not suscribing again until I can get my presets back!
