Lost all photos after subscription end

After getting a new phone my subscription ended and when I log back in all saved photos and filters are lost-

any ideas on how to retrieve them?

If you use Lightroom, then all your photos are stored in the cloud by default. You need to sign in with your AdobeID to get access.

If your subscription ends, you still have access to your photos for download for a limited time.
