Lost all Photos and Presets

So I recently updated my subscription to a photography plan from a free one and I lost everything! I sell presets and am a photographer so it's really important I get them back. Do any of you guys no what to do or how to to get them back?

It sounds like you created a new paid subscription instead of upgrading the free one you were using. You should contact Adobe ask them if they can merge your accounts. https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
