Lost all photos - error code: T20200915

Hi, 

I updated Lightroom on my iPhone and have now lost over 1000 photos. I'm getting the abovementioned error code and all the images appear blank with a cloud and exclamation point over them. Any idea how we can fix this, please? I googled the error code and couldn’t find anything on it.

Would really appreciate a steer.
